fASI500, launched in 2019, is an executive-level, invitation-only hosted buyer event created exclusively for ASI® distributor members who personally sell $500,000+ annually in promotional products and are looking to take their business to the next level.


fASI500 enables top-performing distributors the opportunity to meet one-on-one with 3-, 4-, and 5-star ASI supplier members to foster relationships that will create lucrative business opportunities. With a limited number of spots available, distributors must be pre-qualified.

The format features private, preset meetings between recruited distributors and highly sought-after suppliers. Each 20-minute session takes place in the privacy of the supplier's suite, guaranteeing uninterrupted, productive discussions. Distributors and suppliers must meet high qualifications and requirements before they are formally invited.

Distributor

fASI500 is an invitation-only hosted buyer event open to ASI distributor members who have an annual personal promotional products sales volume of $500k+. With a limited number of spots, you must be pre-qualified.

During a three-day schedule, we preset private 20-minute meetings between distributors and highly sought-after suppliers, with time throughout the day and evening to check in with the office or catch up on important business calls. Plus, after-hour networking and group meals deliver an interactive forum to foster new relationships and connect with other high-level professionals.

There is no cost for an invited distributor. Coach round-trip airfares, accommodations and meals for invited $500k+ sales producers are covered by fASI500 for the duration of the event.

Our unique event format, flexible scheduling, above-average accommodations, outstanding meal service and overall good vibe that attendees tell us sets us apart from similar industry events.

fASI500 is being redesigned to provide optimum opportunities for suppliers and distributors to begin to re-establish ties with each other while succeeding safely in a reconfigured space.

Currently, suppliers and distributors will be asked to:

  • Notify us in advance if they are experiencing any symptoms of concern.
  • Bring their own disinfectant wipes if touching samples and exchanging materials. All participants will be encouraged to limit physical interaction as much as possible.
  • Bring their own masks, hand sanitizer, refrain from shaking hands and maintain excellent hygiene practices.
  • Maintain an appropriate social distance during meetings in suites

Show Management will implement the following changes:

  • Eliminate shuttle bus service and provide Uber codes for transportation to and from the airport.
  • Reconfigure schedule to expand timing on meal functions and stagger breaks.
  • Enlarge registration area, communicate important information pre-event to minimize interactions in the registration area.
  • Follow banquet and food service protocols and organize meal events in ways that encourage networking but support social distancing.

Supplier

Suppliers who wish to participate must be an ASI member in good standing, have at least two years of experience in the industry, and have a 3-, 4- or 5-star rating.

For the benefit of participating distributors, ASI Show works to present a variety of companies and products, and we seek to have as little overlap as reasonably possible. The decision of who participates is 100% at the discretion of show management and there are no promises to any supplier about not allowing competitors to participate at fASI500. When considering participation, show management will consider suppliers' product categories, dates applications are received and ASI Show Priority Points – accumulated based on spending across the entire ASI Show portfolio.

Breakfast at fASI500 is included as part of your hotel amenities, but you'll be on your own and there's no organized networking/formal group setting. This provides participants more flexibility in the morning before the meetings begin. Additionally, this event is accessible to a larger group of ASI distributor members: those who personally sell $500,000+ annually in promotional products.
